Both programs allow you to perform various "what if" scenarios. Very easy to use, helps you find values for things like ETo. Considers many different variables. You will need some technical farming knowledge, this is aimed at professional farmers. This is a pretty cool program if you are a professional farmer. Works for truck crops (vegetables), forage crops, grains, with option to add any crop. Be patient and watch the tutorials a few times, there is a lot of information to absorb.
